Paul is the Administrative Manager and is responsible for all day to day operations of the Institute, including its financial and administrative functions, working closely with the Director and with colleagues within the School of Advanced Study and the central University.

Olga joined the University of London in September 1999. She has overall responsibility for arranging seminars and conferences usually in London bringing people from all over the world. Her position is mainly involved with finding venues, making accommodation and travel arrangements as well as planning social functions.Her customer care and the ability to build relationships with speakers and convenors are key parts of her role.

Chloe is involved in the administration and organisation of events before, during, and after. Key duties include promoting events to the broader academic community, key interest groups, and the public, and sending out the fortnightly mailing list. Chloe look after the events section of the Institute website(s) and the ISA/ICwS Twitter feeds.
Ms Katie Barton

As the Institute’s student officer, Katie provides administrative and pastoral support to postgraduate students and clerical support to the Institute’s academics. Key secretarial duties involve maintaining student records, arranging meetings, taking minutes and processing grades for exam boards. Katie also acts as the first point of call for current and prospective student enquiries.

As Personal Assistant to the Director and Academic Support Officer, Alegria's duties are myriad: she handles the director's diary and correspondence, deals with office management issues, administers the fellowships scheme, services associate fellows and committees meetings and manages the website. She also provides administrative support for grants submission and SAS-Space, the School of Advance Study on-line repository service.
